MEAL PLAN (LEAN & GAIN AVAILABLE)
Most people assume that it takes months to get lean or gain weight. However if you are disciplined enough to follow your workout routine as well as your meal plan (ESPECIALLY YOUR MEAL PLAN) you will see results in as soon as 28 DAYS.
My motto has always been that fitness is 20% and nutrition is 80%. I definitely stick to this and would not change my mind about it.
I am offering meal plans for individuals that want to LEAN OUT and those that would like to see some GAIN. The plans are also available to vegans.
