30 DAY CHALLENGE PROGRAM

The 30 DAY CHALLENGE is geared to give you momentum for your fitness journey.

This is friendly for beginners in fitness as well as advanced individuals on their fitness journey. Whether you are looking to lose or gain weight this program/challenge will give your body the adequate intensity for you to feel and garner results. (You will experience more tone, definition and lean muscle with this program)

You WILL NOT NEED a gym for this program. It can be done in the comfort of your own home or anywhere you have adequate space for some body movements. This program is very ideal everybody; women, men and is also ideal for busy/working parents as well as busy college students who may not have time to go to a physical gym.

PROGRAM STYLE: High intensity interval training , TABATA, Cardio & Plyo.

CHALLENGE DURATION: 30 Days

INCLUDED WITH THE CHALLENGE ARE THE FOLLOWING -

1.) SHOPPING GUIDE + MEAL PLAN (LEAN OR GAIN) Use which you prefer according to your goals. If you are looking to lose weight, use the LEAN plan & if you want to maintain lean muscle or increase, use the GAIN plan.

Prizes will be distributed according to the overall transformation of the body. This will be judged based on the significant differences from your BEFORE to AFTER pictures. It doesn’t matter how you started. What matters are the changes made and how you ultimately look in your AFTER picture in comparison to your BEFORE picture.
